2012, in fact 1433

It’s right around the corner. In fact, if you crane your neck enough, you just might catch a glimpse of it.

Some of you might have already started having that anticipatory feeling which might make the excitement before an India-Pakistan cricket match feel like what goes on in your mind before a post lunch Friday afternoon sales presentation.

Yes, I make pretty lame analogies. And cricket doesn’t excite me as much any longer. In fact, there is a very small list of things which continue to excite me as much as the day I entered my first debate competition in school and won it.

Ramadan happens to be one of them.

The rest aren’t relevant over here. But you can catch me over coffee (a double shot of espresso at the nearest Costa Coffee outlet) after Ramadan to talk about them. You’re welcome to join me for Iftar (or Sehri), but don’t think that I’m gonna talk about those others on the list.

I’ve thought about a few changes this year. And for that I’m going to need help from some of you. In fact, I just might be able to do with help from all of you.

Just keep popping by this space, and I’ll try my best to keep you sufficiently informed.

Once again, thanks for all the love and support you gave me last year. Look forward to more of it this year.

(And I made up that thing about craning your neck. Sometimes it’s best to let the corner reveal what lies around it.)

Love
